James, you have until 9:50:00 to post your veto decision in this thread. If you use the veto, Spiral will then have to name a replacement nominee. He will have until 9:55:00 to name his replacement nominee for Jen and for you at the same time.
Please make your decision as soon as possible.

I just want to apologize to whoever is nominated and evicted tonight. This isn't fair and I feel horrible that this is happening. Jen was warned FULLY.

Ya I really like this game. I have a lot of feedback for you guys after. Something like this should not happen after someone is nominated. It ruins the integrity of your game, and the willingness of future competitors to agree to play it. All the feedback I have is only constructive for future seasons, and I hope you take the time to listen. I know you guys always do.

Same here! I didn't have any feedback right off the top of my head in regards to scenarios like this but just in general just to tweak the game. SO I'm hoping BB will listen to us. This community/ORG has been nothing but awesome and I just want to keep seeing it improve!

@Houseguest I'm going to give you 10 minutes. Vote in your diary room if you would like to continue with the eviction. Everyone vote. If a majority vote yes, I have Spiral's nominees ready to post and we will continue. if a majority vote no, the eviction will be cancelled.

I choose Amanda and Jennie for my new nominees. Guys, this sucks to HELL and back. I never wanted to do this to y'all, but this is big brother and some situations are impossible to avoid.
Jennie you are a comp beast and I love you as a friend, but my options are limited right now.
Amanda, I need you to sit by Jennie and be a shoulder to cry on.
