Hey Houseguest! I do hope you’ve been enjoying your stay under the reign of Big Brother! It can be a lot to get used to, but now that we’re a week in, you should be all settled in.

1. So, after some removals and a quit, we had our first official vote tonight! Was Natalie leaving the outcome you wanted? Or would you have preferred something else to happen? How does this impact your own game moving forward?

2. The vote wasn’t the only thing that happened tonight…first there were nominations, a veto competition, some public chatter, and a fiery exit. icon_chaos Break it down for us from your perspective – What the hell happened?! As the veto winner, you held a key position of power tonight - did you want to win that? How did that play into the chaos of tonight?

3. We left things off tonight with a non-live HOH competition focused entirely around social perception. Do you think you can read Shahbaz’s mind better than everyone else? …Do you want to?

Congratulations on surviving a full week! Make sure you’re prepared to survive a few more if you want to snag a victory this season. Good luck, Houseguest.

1. Out of the people on the block, I was 100% fine with Natalie leaving. Especially after the explosion she had. It was also okay with me personally simply because Natalie was one of the people I'd talked the least with so I had no long term plans with her in mind.

2. From my perspective, what I think happened is shabaz probably got caught talking to some others about Natalie, attempting to throw her under the bus and he simply just leaned into it. I suspect the guy is playing up his pariah role right now. I'm not sure what his end goal is with that behavior but it can only benefit me. He considers me a close ally so if he were to gain any power I would gain from it. If he gets targeted though, I won't lose much sleep over it since he's made his own bed. But him staying around is useful to me as a shield and he simply has no reason to turn on me, which makes him a great ally even if I don't expect he will stick around.

As for my veto win, it was very important that I win that tonight, as I was terrified I would be the replacement nominee, since I was the final key in the nomination ceremony. My not using the veto also hopefully gained me some trust with Sezer as well as anyone who was nervous about being a replacement nom. I knew Natalie was gonna go and not Pete, so I wasn't too worried about that results. It also allowed me to prove to my allies and myself that I was actually capable of winning a competition. Hoping this proved to everyone that Spiral is not a last key in the block kinda guy.

3. My strategy for the ranking was simply to put the people I knew shabaz hated at the top and then just kinda guess his perception on the rest. I'm not really wanting to win the hoh and I kinda would prefer a close ally win it instead so I get safety and don't get blood on my hands simultaneously. That said if I do win, I'll do my best to use it to strengthen my game.
