Down to the Final 11! Two weeks to go until we finish. Congratulations!

1. Tonight's competitions both involved targeting your fellow houseguests. Is there any information you have gathered based on the results of those competitions?

2. Parker left in a split vote. Walk us through the events that led up to his eviction.

3. As the game ramps up towards the end, what part of your game is more important for you to make it to the final 3? Social, Strategic, Physical, etc.

4. How are you getting along with your fellow houseguests? Is there anyone you see yourself being friends with after this? Anyone you can't stand? Someone you wouldn't piss on if they were on fire?

5. Finally, this is the point to impress the jury. What's your next move to secure yourself the win?

Video DR coming, but in the meantime.... I absolutely love how Mega7 the originally "joke" alliance that we all made fun of has lasted to top 11 and is a 7-4 majority. I also love that, in comparison, "GroupChat" formed and within like 3 rounds it's lost 2 of its five members.

Another point not mentioned in my video DR. Being the two votes (with Sprial) in favor of Parker with Jennie does I think make Jennie closer to me. Still going to be wary about her ties with others but I think this shows I had her back. And now she doesn't have Parker to fall back on. I may need to make that push soon. Also need to at some point figure out how to counter Adam, who is growing into the biggest threat. Not because of his social game but just because he's surrounded by bodies at the moment. Maybe Jennie and sezer and spiral and me can do an alliance liek revenge for parker. Jennie is well set up in the game with alliances too, just an observation.

This alliance can’t happen before noms, I’ve decided. There’s still a possibility I go up with sezer. Can’t have spiral be conflicted as to who he wants to help between me and sezer. But I still want to do an alliance accomplishing (a) getting me off Spiral’s radar and (b) cementing Sezer’s belief that I’m looking out for him. Thinking over options of getting that done.

Made Parker brothers with spiral, also including jennie. Framed it as Adam and Glyn’s sides will come for each other and we need to be ready. It’s a narrative I want to start (in reality my guess is Glyn and Adam have a final two). But I think the narrative helps me be less of a prominent figure. It’s a pretty easy alliance to form based in the vote and not too controversial or sneaky seeming. Sezer can’t be in (yet) because I may need to burn him to survive tonight unfortunately

I am literally shaking with excitement that Amanda and glyn are going up. Need to calm down and figure out how to play it. If I do it right it could help me get the survivor to go at Adam for me....

Dear Six Pound Seven Ounce Baby Zingbot,

If you can hear me little precious barely even offensive little zingbot, please do not let me be picked for the veto. Or Adam either, my dear gentle even more high pitched than normal, baby zing, I don’t want him to get a hero moment.

Love,
James

Today, James stood for the integrity of math. Did it cost me one of my closest allies in Sezer? Yes. Did it prevent Amanda or Glyn from going out? Yes. But when I go home in 5th place. I'll be able to look at my TI-83 in the eyes before I wedge it up my butthole every night, and rest assured that I've done the noble thing. Then I will enter my customary derivative and integral calculations, let the warmth of the batteries tickle my prostate, and fall asleep a happy man.

Love,
James

What a wild night. Sezer is gone and I'm guessing Sheila is gone next. If the vote if close, I'll vote out Amanda, but I don't think that it's going to even be close. So where does this all leave me, other than I am in the Top 9.

It's interesting.... I think tonight locked me in with Jennie a lot more. And probably Amanda and Glyn a little bit, since Sezer and Sheila going out means that they have fewer options other than sticking with me. But it also gives me fewer options as well. Sezer was probably the one person who I could most trust in the end. Sheila and I had a "good" conversation today and I helped her get out Richard. But, I don't think she completely trusted me. She was oddly defensive for no reason about guessing my number in the challenge. (I'm probably too defensive with Glyn a lot of the time, something I need to keep in mind.) Let's shake it up how I do this and instead do a rating of how much of a threat to win I think people are 1-9, 1 is highest.

Trust/Threat - Name

1 - Spiral: Spiral seems to be literally working with everyone and even saved Glyn. Very good at comps. Although I doubt he wins an HOH any time soon, he's likely to stay the veto king. Made the Parker Bros alliance with him which could bear fruit but likely not. He didn't consult with me on who to play the veto on. At least the parker bros alliance shows Jennie I am with her above others. But going back to Spiral, the question is, do Adam, Glyn or Amanda decide to take him out before me. And when they make that move how do they do it? I think what Glyn has to know is that in order to take out Spiral, he can't wait too long. It's much easier to do with me and Adam still in the game to give him votes. If he waits until I'm gone it could be too late and B has the power. Not sure how I convince Amanda and Glyn of that. Adam probably would be more receptive honestly. He said he was trying to get Spiral as a backdoor. But the point is, if he makes final 3 he probably beats everyone, especially if the jury is majority B.

2 - Glyn: Glyn has taken a hit. He actually has a lot less power in the game now than Adam or Spiral. BUT, he's the strongest player in terms of social/strategic skills and he's actually gotten lucky with people like Sezer and Rich going out that he doesn't have to burn people he's been close to as much as I thought he would to get to the end. Before I thought he was going to have to choose me or Sezer or amanda or jennie or rich or adam. But that's starting to sort itself out for him.

3 - Amanda: Amanda is very good socially as Susie said. BUT she blows up a little too much where she doesn't seem as in control as someone like Glyn or Spiral. Her HOH backdoor plan ended up falling flat so she doesn't have a signature move. that being said, she has managed to be good with most everyone, especially Glynn, Jennie, Adam, and Spiral who are the key power players. Guessing she could also be the next Spy . She seems a rootable underdog coming off the block.

4 - Susie: She's actually made big moves, but manages to keep a low profile. If she doesn't go right away the next time Glyn or Amanda win (like if they put up me with her and I go instead), Susie could glide for a while and make it to the end with reasonable arguments. Not as high as those above her due to worse social skills.

5 - Adam: Adam is actually playing the hardest of everyone at this point. And has impressed me a lot with putting together different alliances. I'm hoping he's a little exposed and that Glyn and Amanda don't buy that he wasn't at least somewhat behind their nomination. He's relatively protected on all sides, but at least Jennie is not buying him. Regardless, I just think he becomes too big of a jury threat around final 5 and gets cut in most potential playouts of this game.

6 - Jennie: I know she is also tight with Amanda, Glyn, and Spiral (and maybe Aisleyene), but I'm hoping I am marginally closer to her than the others. Sezer was my number one in terms of trust, but with Jennie I at least feel like she is keeping the majority of my information private, especially suspicions about Glyn, Adam, etc. I think our interests are mostly aligned at this point. I think she has a very good chance at making the end but a low chance of winning if she gets there.

7 - Aisleyne: Aisleyne is a big threat to me. But is she a threat to win? Idk, she hasn't been HOH yet or been nominated so she's relatively under the radar. Sort of the Group B version of Jennie. Likely to make the end if things break her way, but unlikely to win, unless she ends up with a heavy group B jury (against two group As)

8 - Jen: I don't know if I trust Jen at all. Maybe she's really the secret mastermind...and she at least has been making moves by creating alliances, but if everyone thinks you're a bit cuckoo at this point it's probably too late to change people's perceptions.

9 - Sheila: Likely going home. Just wasn't present enough it seems.

The question is, where do I fit? Right now probably around Jennie/Aisleyne? Not super high. I have made one big move but a lot of people probably think it was dumb and nobody seems to trust me fully now that Sezer is gone, other than maybe Jennie, but even if she trusts me, I might not be her top priority. In most of my alliances right now I'm kind of playing the dumb second in command role. To Adam, to Amanda, to Spiral. I'm doing things like sharing old information to seem behind and not in control and dependent on them. But I can't stick with that forever, because then we get to the end and everyone thinks I was clueless about the "real game." I think I need to make big moves (cutting one of glyn, spiral or adam at least), to really rocket up the rankings. Then my pitch at the end could be I made the big moves to take out threats in a reason where most of the evictions were quits and threats didn't otherwise go home. I also helped secure the Shahbaz vote, although IDK if anyone will care at that point.

Sorry for the confusing label. the number is a label of threat to win. Not trust. I was going to rate trust too but realized I don't trust anyone lol.

From the backyard:

We have Spiral the perpetual suck-up good guy who is chill with everything and Amanda who is literally petrified of being DQd from the game after the Richard incident and cheating in the give out 10 coins challenge:

I'm here to tell you that...... y'all hosts fucked up the math challenge big time, lol! I apologize for nothing!
Way to put in a specific rule and then not follow it at all! And then you tried to gaslight me that I did not know the order of operations or that the puzzle was right the whole time?! Glad you admitted your fail though

RIP Huasos :hattip: #frankendean

While I’m hating on the hosts....I actually do want to say (not really hating, just my thoughts) the anonymous messages in the vote thing is a well intentioned twist that I think makes the game a lot less interesting. At first I was like “oh yeah I’m gonna send secret messages!” But the problem is that it massively dissuades voting the opposite of what you told people. You’d have to lie not only about your vote but about the message you put, which might make no sense for you and the person whose message you claim would know for certain you are lying.

Like maybe it shouldn’t be that much more difficult to lie about the vote, but just telling you from someone’s perspective in the game I would definitely vote out Amanda this week regardless of circumstances if there were no messages. But now I feel like I can’t. The only way I would do it would be to put no message, and hope someone else puts no message voting out Sheila. It’s not a good game mechanic. Sorry.

I guess I should say, there's nothing inherently wrong with the mechanic. It just makes voting less BB-like and more Survivor like. In Survivor you write the votes out and people tend to know who voted how. Hinky votes and wondering who flipped is not a thing. But to the extent we are trying to recreate BB, I think this doesn't accomplish that. But whatever it's your game lol. I'm just here to lose to Spiral.

Thought I would address this. The voting confessional gives you MORE opportunity to fuck with people. If you wanted, you could blame someone in your confessional like "-Love, Jen" or something. People do that all the time. You just have to be more creative. Been doing this in Stranded for years, never had an issue, it's only added drama and intrigue.
